1. Lake View Pool Villa rate is inclusive of airport transfers by luxury car,
   all food & beverages and in stay experiences (except spa)
2. Superior Lagoon View Cottage rate is inclusive of airport transfers.
3. Children below 12 years are not permitted in resort.
4. Group rooming list with passport details have to be submitted to the
   resort 30 days in advance or the resort will release the block
   without any intimation.
